Dan’s Daily Juice

  • Cucumber (1 whole)
  • Kale (5-7 leaves)
  • Spinach (handful)
  • Cilantro (handful)
  • Celery (5-7 stalks)
  • Apple and/or Carrots to sweeten

I would include

  • Beet (1/4 small, 1/8 large)
  • Ginger root (1/2 to 3/4 inch)
